1.  "Calling Down The Light" is a ritualistic and profound invocationization  of the immanent spiritualiaztion and activation of the Suprachiasmatic Nucleus, which is located in a region in the base of the brain which we call The Spiritual Hypothalamic Interior Tranquillity center.

2.  When the Light falls upon you,   the Sacred Holy Interior Transition commences,
and you will immediately sense that the Sacred Holy Inspired Tourist is influencing your consciousness to produce the wonderful spiritual calm which opens your internalized awareness to the loving energy of the cosmic retinalizationized  calumniator..

3.  You may not actually see the light at first,   for this is an invisible spiritualized  emination,  but if you concentrate your attention on the darkness before your eyes, you will feel its presence;  and soon you will begin to feel it's brightness as the Sacred Holy Interior Tranquillity pervades your consciousness.

4.  You will notice a modest decrease in your physical body temperature and a feeling of restfulness which invites the gentle sleep which knits up the raveled sleeve of spiritual care; but you must not give way to sleep. This is the moment in which the Sacred Holy InspiredTourist will reward your spiritual effort with a glimpse of the sheer beauty of the transcendentalization of your consciousness, and you may begin to realize unitization with the infinite if you do not fall into a coma or Catatonic Trance.  Do Not Forget This.

5.  At this very moment you may wish to joyfully recite your mantra both forward and backward,  taking care to emphasize the penultimate syllables of each alternate word as you breathe in rhythm with the pululations and sensorizationized input of the cosmic sounds which modulate the Sacred Holy  Inspirational  Tranquillity which has descended upon your Soul right between your ears.
