Possibly late 1800s to early 1900s Reversed Cameo  "C" clasp ~ 
The person that I purchased this pin from called it a "Sulfide Glass Cameo".  I am unable to find a jewelry definition for this but thought I'd mention it.  It is painted or enameled on the reverse w/a light almost iridescent pink that is separating in some areas, there is also a surface scratch on the outer domed glass. Brass needs polishing. Crystals are newer.  Overall very good condition for it's age!
