Mission Statement The Sun City Roseville Foundation was established in 1997 to fund or provide services specifically designed to meet the physical and social needs of Sun City Roseville residents. This is to be accomplished by: Providing services or referral to assist residents in accessing social and welfare agencies regarding such matters as health care, transportation, counseling, education and activities; Organizing volunteers to assist with providing services to enhance the lives of residents; Establishing funds to provide services for residents to improve their quality of life and allow them to maintain independent living as long as deemed feasible.
